Solved. Nov 1 2017 9:09 AM. I'm trying to access the my.meraki.com section and I'm connected to the AP. The instructions listed are: The default login is the serial number (e.g. Qxxx-xxxx-xxxx), with no password. The serial number is on the bottom or back of the device. I've done exactly that but it's saying I've entered incorrect login details.

Resolved. I didn't try enough browsers and I'm not sure exactly what the cause of the problem is. Firefox worked. Was able to login from phone browser in Chrome as well, but unable to on my computer from Opera, Chrome, or Edge. Big waste of time, thanks Meraki.

How would 1 access the local interface of the MX when sitting behind the MX? So if the MX ip is 192.168.100.1 and the client has an ip of 192.168.100.10 should be able to browse to 192.168.100.1 or do I need to enable anything in the dashboard? Let's say the client shows num_eap='3', the authentication would go something like: AP sends packet 1 to the RADIUS server. RADIUS server responds to packet 1.
