Buyer never notified me. Received "decision" from ebay to pay him from my paypal account. Buyer kept item and got refunded!!! I have been in "on hold hell" with ebay for nearly 40 minutes!!!! I plan to cancel my paypal account today, and cease using ebay. Customer service is NONEXISTANT with ebay. I'm done!!!!!
Of course, EIN is valid, so after painfully long waiting time, eBay customer service called and I was told that only one eBay account can be associated with one EIN number. And you will have a Defect on your selling account, which can mean higher fees, restrictions to the number and value of listings, or even a permanently closed account. Get it back and resell it.

@daninmanchester . Print the invoice to a PDF file and then send the PDF to the buyer. If you have trouble sending the pdf via eBay then covert it to a jpg or ask the buyer for their actual (real) email address (eBay legal when you have a completed and paid for transaction).
