  2. Wegmans store list with store number and opening dates.

    www.reddit.com/r/wegmans/comments/dnm79j/wegmans_store...

I created a list (for another post, but works on it’s own) that may be of interest (for the stores with two dates, the first is original store opening and the second is when it moved to a new site): • 1. John Glenn - Syracuse (1968 & 2006) • 3. Eastway - Rochester (1954 & 1993) • 4. Fairport - Rochester (1958) - Oldest building still in ...

  3. What makes Wegmans so special? : r/AskNYC - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/.../17eznva/what_makes_wegmans_so_special

The Wegmans in the city isn't representative of the Wegmans in the suburbs. It's nice, but it doesn't represent what makes Wegmans special. The main benefit is that they carry literally everything. It's like a luxury high quality grocery store, except they also have all the "normal" products that a place like Whole Foods doesn't carry.

  4. Which Wegmans stores have you been to? : r/wegmans - Reddit

Onondaga BLVD (childhood store) I have memories of going to KMart, Ames, and another store as a child in the 90s in this plaza and the one across the street. This is probably my earliest memories of shopping. Getting movies in the Wegmans and wanting and toys and such at Ames or KMart. I've been going to Wegmans since the 80s, lol. Dewitt

Wegmans will retire the app on September 18 and is giving users, presumably including those that have already ripped it off, a courtesy credit of $20 to their online accounts. Shoplifting losses force Wegmans to shut down self-scanning app – The Buffalo News. Wegmans drops 1 of its Covid-era shopping conveniences – Syracuse.com.

  6. Wegmans Drug test Policy : r/wegmans - Reddit

Wegmans Drug test Policy. I have recent applied and interview for a full time position at a Wegmans location in Pennsylvania. I have schedule a second interview, and was quite excited until the reality dawned on me that I would more than likely have to submit a drug screening. So my question is what does drug screening look like for retail ...

  7. Is Wegmans a good place to work (your opinion) : r/wegmans -...

    www.reddit.com/r/wegmans/comments/nek6ru/is_wegmans_a_good...

Man this is tough. Wegmans F/T is a coveted position but from my POV P/T is a good way to burn out. So my advice if you can only work a 4-5 hour shift let your TL know that. Otherwise leave because they will work you to the bone. DM if you want to rant more about Wegmans. Cashier is a tough job.

  8. Wegmans no longer what it used to be? : r/wegmans - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/wegmans/comments/10kmop7/wegmans_no...

Or at least I used to. The Johnson City, NY Wegmans was remodeled on 2022. But instead of an upgrade, the place seems to have been diminished. The variety of items has been reduced, prices on things like prepared foods have gone insane, the deli now only offers prepackaged side dishes, the salad bar is gone (yeah I know… closed because of ...

  9. Will Wegmans take Publix on in Florida? - RetailWire

    retailwire.com/discussion/will-wegmans-take-publix-on-in...

Publix has been much more aggressive in its move up the coast. The company recently announced the acquisition of 10 Martin’s locations from Ahold in the Richmond, VA market. A move by the family-owned Wegmans into Florida is probably a ways off, but there are some who think the Sunshine State offers opportunities for grocers who compete ...

I came from Starbucks to wegmans! Was a shift supervisor for 3 years, im just a dessert person in the bakery and it’s similar in some aspects but wegmans is a lot more appreciative of their employees. At least where I am. Benefits way better minus the free meals, tuition reimbursement and free coffee, more raises too.

  11. Tips for interview for WEGMANS? : r/wegmans - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/wegmans/comments/10exim6/tips_for...

It was one of the best jobs I've ever had. As others have mentioned, go to the Wegmans website and read about the core values. The questions you will be asked will largely be based on them. Also, remember Wegmans slogan, "Every day you get our best." Be sure to use that phrase in some point during your interview.
