I use a good microphone (Rode NT-USB) which produces excellent recordings and works well with zoom and MS teams. When I tested the audio quality in WebEx, the sound was not good. I am no expert, so I cannot describe the exact issue, but it sounds as if my voice is higher and flatter, and there seems to be noise in the recording.

On virtual meeting platforms like Zoom, Vsee, and Doxy.me, everything works great. I have tried using headphones that have a mic, and I have the same results as above (but it doesn't work in WebEx). WebEx audio tests show no issues. I have granted WebEx permission to use my mic and camera, and I don't have any third-party software blocking access.
