   During a build the IDE freezes and when you select one of the folders, like output, you see a bubble that Visual Studio is busy. It never recovers. After much experimentation it was discovered, in task manager, that the lc.exe process, license compiler, is causing the issue. If you kill this process, the IDE recovers and the build continues.

   In Visual Studio, when I press F5 to start debug, after stopping the debug, the solution explorer window disappeared, instead some windows such as data source, object test bench, properties appear. Every time, i need to close those windows and put back the solution explorer, it is very annoying.
