I'm curious! Out of all the quizzes out there, I imagine the Pottermore ones are the most accurate since they're from Rowling herself. Surprisingly, despite getting different questions each time, i had almost identical results.

Pottermore stopped selling Harry Potter ebooks and audiobooks last September; as of January 31, 2022, its bookshelf will no longer be accessible. While it seems unlikely for the vast majority here, just in case you don’t have backup copies of anything purchased from Pottermore, be sure to download them by the end of the month.

Then, like every other DRM'd ebook, it gets individually converted and encrypted at sync time to the device or app it is intended for. So yes, you get both Pottermore watermarking and Kindle encryption.
