My friend has said that my stream is kinda grainy and he cant choose higher than 760. If you have a low amount of viewers, kick has confirmed that they will limit the stream to 720p transcoded. If your viewers/chatters pickup, they'll bump it back to 1080p. Max official bitrate is 8k, but I've seen 10k stable regularly.

its not exactly that they want content. content is what brings in viewers yes, but they want people signing up for their gambling website which will be advertised all over their kick site. people who gamble usually can't control how much they spend. this is how they are going to be paying streamers, by those they get flipped to gambling. look it up, kick is ran by a gambling company.

to add a command, type !addcom and whatever you want the command to be to edit , type !editcom to delete, type !delcom. i have been looking around for a similar problem and mod commands and realised that KICK (at the time of writing 5th July 2023) still needs to implement an API system similar to TWITCH.
So recently my Twitch chat has convinced me to try kick. I setup everything on ob the way kick tells you to with the stream key and server url. However when i try to stream from the moment i click start it disconnects and reconnects constantly and a stream never starts on my kick. But when i switch back to twitch or youtube it streams fine.
Kick won't survive long. The cost to run video streaming for twitch is insanely expensive and they have the in-house resources of AWS. The cost to run kicks streaming, streaming deals to the worst and most vioe streamers is also expensive. It is simply kept afloat by Stake pumping in huge sums of money.
