I'm an Xfinity Diamond rewards member. I claimed my Peacock Premium reward back in July and have been watching it since, until yesterday. Now when I log into Peacock on the TV app or web browser (both my Xfinity and Peacock account have the same login credentials), its says "Not Currently Subscribed" and I that I have the free sample plan.
Hello @XfinityMartyR , I signed into my Rewards account and don't see anything mentioned about an offer for Peacock, although it does confirm that I have diamond status. The post at the top of this thread seemed to indicate that that step wasn't necessary anymore anyway, although that link didn't work either.

I have a TV that is not hooked up to a Comcast box, but is connected to Roku. I want to watch Peacock Premium on it, as I have that service with my X1 box, but it asks me for a username and password. Is there a way to obtain a username and password (even if temporary) based on my X1-included service?
