Some of the people who worked there were pretty lazy and I had to take on the brunt of the work, but my boss did compensate me correctly, which is very nice.

    Stores do this quite often and putting the "Hold for" assures the employees that you don't have a mailbox but you still want it shipped there for pickup. Many stores do this. Typically if you put your phone number they will call you when it arrives. Definitely still check tracking to see when it will arrive. UPS Stores accept all carriers.
