ESPN not working but all other channels are fine including ESPN2. I have been experiencing this situation since the beginning of the year. Xfinity issues a reboot on this end then it’s on for a few weeks. Xfinity thought I needed a new box, tech came out and replaced all my cable boxes and the same issue started again.
Press the Star button on the Roku remote to open the Options menu. Select Remove Channel to uninstall ESPN. Press the Home button on the Roku remote. Scroll to and select Streaming Channels. Enter “ESPN” in the Search Channels field. Highlight the ESPN channel and select Add Channel to reinstall. I am an Official Xfinity Employee.
I'm having the same issue. It started last week when I returned from the UK. I'm unable to stream ESPN because when I try to authenticate, I get this message, "This network is not included in your current Xfinity TV service."

If ESPN is part of your Xfinity TV service, you’ll have access to ESPN content (including live ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNews, ESPN3, SEC+, etc. channels along with On Demand content) through the ESPN app on eligible Xfinity X1 TV Boxes and Flex streaming TV Boxes.
