My seller account has been hacked. The phone number and password on the account has been changed. Help Center has been communicating with the hacker and I have miraculously been able to log back in using my google sign-in method only after the hacker has requested the account be opened back up.
1) Unable to log in my account. 2) Marketing tools don't seem to be options but obligations. 3) Functions - Various management tools can't be turned off . 4) Organization - Etsy support seems to be sending weird emails about high risk information . etc., etc., etc. Is this being done purposely and used as an excuse to get rid of your shop. My seller account was hacked and someone listed a bunch of stamps for sale. They put on the page to order from their website for a discount instead of Etsy. I wasn’t aware of this until a sale was made on Etsy. I’m very suspicious of the actual sale as well and I haven’t done anything on my end to refund because something seems fishy.

Etsy has security in place - the bank account name must match the seller account's credentials provided at sign up. There is a transfer/disbursement delay after changing any financial information. The bank must also be on an approved list.
