Thank you for the link. I was able to copy and drag all contacts into a folder on my desktop and save as a cvs file. Now, when I go to import the file into google, it tells that I can't import contacts because.." The file you’re importing isn’t formatted for Google Contacts." Google required the file to be saved as a cvs, which I have done.
