    Then I’d add cleveland heights, university heights, Lakewood, and shaker heights (van aken), if you want the more urban neighborhoods.     Worst we get is cicadas every 17 years, and they’re harmless, just a nuisance and smelly when squished. Circling back to geography, we do get snow. Cleveland gets the Lake Effect, coming from the E/NE. The effect tapers as you head south towards Akron. Luckily, Cleveland is usually well prepared for snow.
