Report abuse. I cannot get my computer to full screen. The right side is off screen. If the right side is off screen left click at the top of the open Window and drag it back to centre of screen. Then use mouse cursor to hover over edges on the Window until it becomes double arrow headed > left click and drag to desired position.

They all share the same circumstances, and the only way to avoid this issue is to set the game to run on borderless fullscreen mode. When stuck in this black screen, the only way out is to press ctrl+alt+del, and blindly go to the "change user" option ("down" and "enter" after pressing the combo). After logging back into Windows, the issue is gone.
4. i have resolved this by following steps. 1) Go to customise icon in the top right corner chrome. 2) click on more tools option. 3) Click task manager. 4) Kill/end process GPU process. This has resolved my issue of black screen in chrome.

So my issue is that whenever I am browsing videos (youtube, WSL, Netflix, etc) I get a black screen for a moment (less than 1sec) almost everytime I load a video, maximize or minimize the browser window where I am watching the video, close the window, etc.
