When I run any game in fullscreen the screen turns black after a few seconds at most. If I tab out of the game and back in, it works again for a few seconds before it turns black again. System: Windows 10 64 bit (no creator's update yet, version 1607) i5 2500k. Nvidia GTX 1070.

The best option would be to completely remove the current Nvidia device driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the Nvidia website to download and install a slightly older version of the Nvidia device driver. Adding -w to the shortcut does not work. I also tried ALT+ENTER when it was running and it does change from Fullscreen to Windowed or vice versa but its stays black. When it's minimized and I hover over it I do see the game in the preview window but as soon as I click on it it's just a black screen.

So my issue is that whenever I am browsing videos (youtube, WSL, Netflix, etc) I get a black screen for a moment (less than 1sec) almost everytime I load a video, maximize or minimize the browser window where I am watching the video, close the window, etc.
