It seems that there are some known issues with using GoDaddy accounts for sign-in on Windows 11. Instead of logging in through the outlook app. I went through the iphone settings for the email to add another account. Instead of choosing outlook, choose microsoft exchange. Type in email and then It will bring you to the go daddy login. Then it will finally move forward after you login on the go daddy page.

I used to use GoDaddy but migrated away from there into GSuite. On a new Surface with an email address that is no longer connected to GoDaddy, I downloaded Office 365.
So, currently, we have our email accounts hosted through Go Daddy. We didn't want to use Go Daddy's Business Professional option for Microsoft Office products as it is double the price of ordering through Microsoft directly. Meaning we have a separate subscription for our M365 accounts that gives us access to the Office products. This works well.
