Help!!! I cannot access my comcast email from my laptop or phone (both apple). This has been going on for 4 days. I go to the web based xfinity email login and click each link that says it will take me to my email box but none of them work. It’s a continuous loop and so frustrating!

The issue is not any type of delay. I am receiving all emails, as far as I can tell. The problem is that when I look at new emails on my Samsung phone, the emails I see on both my Samsung tablet and my Asus PC still show as Unread. If I look at emails on my tablet or PC, it IS synced up in my phone.
Reached level 4 security saying they know there’s an outage and they do not know when it will be fixed. I can access my Xfinity Comcast’s email on my phone. I can log into Xfinity on my phone. They had me restart modem clear caches change browsers but nothing worked .
After being on the phone with xfinity off and on over the last 24hrs, speaking with 6 or 8 level 2 people, all very nice, we managed to fix this problem by disconnecting from my xfinity wifi and THEN reinstalling the comcast.net email account to my iPhone over cell signal.
I have also replied to an email he has sent to my comcast.net account, and he did not receive my reply. Except for when I sent the emails from my phone (using Samsung email client), I have only used the web browser "Webmail," logging into my Comcast account on the Xfinity site. 99.9% of the time, I am using Chrome.
