    Pcpartpicker will let you select Germany as a location. Geizhals.de is pretty good for price comparison of all sorts of things, pc hardware included. Think about your keyboard before you move. If you're used to the layout from your home country, it can be a pain to get in Germany and getting separate matching keycaps is also annoying.
