This thread is several months old. At the time there was a resolution with Pluto releasing a new version of their app. From recent posts, it appears Pluto is having issues again. You need to contact Pluto TV for assistance.

The issue definitely does not sound like it is on Xfinity's side since your friend had the same issue. It's possible that their is an issue with the transmission that Xfinity receives from Pluto.-Richard

So Pluto TV app launches and then immediately closes on both of my Roku devices. It’s working fine on my iPad and iPhones. I have followed all of the steps in your previous posts. I have removed the channel restarted the system and then reloaded the app nothing is working. I have checked for system updates both on the app and Roku device.

When you are in the the Pluto TV channel/app, press the Left arrow button (once or twice depending where you are in the channel/app) to bring up a left side Menu Overlay. (you should see Now Watching, Home, Channel Guide, On Demand, Search, Kids Mode, Settings, and Sign In). Select Sign In and you should be good to go. -----
