Hp warrenty check website always tells me my serial number is incorrect and doesnt proceed further. I have tried multiple hp serial number , all of which are valid , however the website still gives me the same issue. The only other solution is to download hp support assistant , which is not a suitable / comfortable solution for me. Kind regards.
The warranty of an SSD drive is linked to the notebook warranty. The serial number (s/n) of the notebook in which the SSD drive was installed (on delivery) must be specified. The serial number (s/n) may only be communicated to HP, not here to the community ! Good luck.
