This ensures players have access to a wide range of available words, even if some may be less well known. Your computer opponent only has access to a portion of the word bank to make play more fair.

I just realized that Outspell on AARP does not include the feature allowing players to switch out one letter every turn. That's the only way to score high. If you want to play with this feature, play for free at Washington Post online.
11-03-2022 10:37 AM. @AARPLynne Last month I posted about Codeword. With the new month, that one seems resolved. I frequently have trouble with Scramble Words which I also love. Fortunately you can restart it and it saves where you were. Screen flashes, turns black, etc. That happens often in two different browsers.
08-26-2024 08:30 AM. Many Games do not load on my iPad. It’s not cookies. Some games like Sudoku load immediately but word games like crosswords do not. This has been going on far too long and telling people to use other devices is not an answer! If your incapable of fixing the problem just say so and we can look to other avenues.
