    I got the care code 902 there first. Researching the issue revealed mention of a wifi issue, so all I did was turn off wifi on my phone to switch over to cellular data. Logging into the DirecTV app again proved successful, and then I turned wifi back on and it continued to work closing and reopening the DirecTV app.

    at&t, your directv login system is hacked and so is my directv satellite system! i have read thousands of complaints from other customers, online in numerous places, about these issues and we're all having the same problems! we didn't have these problems until at&t took over when they bought out directv. that's when it all got messed up.
