The account each Roku is tied to is identified by the email address shown via Settings > System > About. If you have more than one Roku, check this on all of them to be sure they are all linked to the same account. Log into https://my.roku.com for each of the account (s) you identify above. You can check your subscriptions and past payments there.

Anyway, I can’t update the payment through them, because I signed up through Roku. And Roku doesn’t show paramount plus as one of my subscriptions. Roku says contact paramount plus, and paramount plus says contact Roku. I can’t delete the account and start over, can’t update my payment, can someone please tell me what I have to do?
Did you ever have success figuring this out? For me, I bought the subscription through Roku, and it worked fine for for the last few months, then one day we were signed out. Well, I don't have a pw for peacock, and that app/channel is NOT in the Roku channel app. Very confusing.
I am also experiencing a similar issue and need it resolved tonight before the subscription auto renews. Edit: I managed to cancel the subscription through my tv. I selected the app I wanted to unsubscribe to, pressed the star or * button on my remote, clicked manage subscriptions and was able to unsubscribe/cancel auto-renew.
