Hilton maintenance assumes that when you are all asleep, we should be too so they can get on with tarmac-ing the digital highway. There was a scheduled maintenance window last night. I noticed the banner on the home page around 11pm and was rushing to get my reservations in by midnight.
These apps require the ability to forward your reservation emails to the app and you are then able to print out a nice itinerary and save your travel details for future reference. Looking at the iPhone version, (don’t know if other versions are the same) in “Stays” click the search icon in the upper left and enter confirmation number and last name or last 4 digits of credit card. Try entering the 10 digit number into "Check an existing booking" into hilton(dot)co(dot(uk) together with your arrival date (link at top of homepage). I've found I can retrive reservations on the UK site than I can't on the dotcom site - you won't be able to make any amendments though, including adding your HH number.
