Lots of small quality-of-life improvements like I can open jobs in a separate browser tab. I actually think the job search function is the worst part about it. While it can be good if you know what you are looking for, it’s flaws lie in not being able to pin point an entire state or a general job function instead of specific ‘work location’.
For those saying is on Total Access (or Worklife), my experience is that it isn’t for former employees. I was looking for mine after I left late last year. I had to wait for it in the mail. I’d reach out to Boeing to see about sending another. (Caveat: not sure what the process is for this, so take this advice with a grain of salt.)
