Les Feldick (and many others) teach a doctrine that is tied in with the "New Perspective on Paul", which I refer to as "two Gospel" (or three gospel) heresy. Basically they teach that Jesus' call of repentance was only to the Jews, and was a different "gospel" than that preached to the Gentile, later, by Paul.
God directed Peter to Cornelius, a Gentile, to preach the gospel. Peter was still confused about the requirements of the new gospel, because he thought that water baptism was still a requirement (c. Acts 2:28; Acts 10:44-48). However, we learn later from Paul that the gospel of grace is about faith alone.

Actually, Les Feldick is a wonderful teacher of the scriptures. I send people who are confused about that gospel to his web-site regularly. Just an excellant teacher. The charge that I have heard that he does not teach "repentance" is absurd. It is utterly impossible for any one to place their faith...faith alone...in Christ without repenting.

May 29, 2010. #1. A year ago I left a church that I would call hyper-dispensationalist. I have been reading through the Bible and seeking the Lord to understand why this view is wrong. I know in my heart it is wrong, and can look back on the fruit in my life while under that teaching and see it did not have the blessing of the Holy Spirit.
I will not be dishonest and say that I agree with everything he preached; but to say he preached a false doctrine, in my opinion, is not a true statement. He always held to the five fundamentals of the Baptist faith. My children, who attended his college (and are sheep-not goats), are doing quite well.

Sadly, some of these false teachers do not even know that they are presenting a false gospel; the truth is hid from their eyes. Many think they are conveying gospel truth. Some intentionally lie and others, not. The elect, the scriptures tell us, may even be toyed with for a time under such pretenses, though, not permanently.
