Wow, what was Ft. Lauderdale/Broward like in the 60's & 70's? I was born in the late 70's(Holy cross Hosp.) and lived in the same house in Plantation(by Helen B. Hoffman Plant. Library) until I was 20. I've seen so much change that this place feels unrecognizable from how it was. I love these nostalgia threads!

I would put both CV Deerfield and Boca over Kings Point Delray Beach. All these communities are generally safe and secure and the surrounding neighborhoods fine. Higher pricing and the biggest condos are in KP Tamarac and Wynmoor. BTW KP Tamarac and Wynmoor are located in northern Broward county.
