If your Samsung TV is not getting all channels you wil need to go to the source menu and select 'TV' > then connect your antenna to the RF connector on the back of the TV and select 'Chanel Scan' > select either 'Air, Cable, or Both' and scan for all available channels that have a reliable signal.
My fix was to go to https://ukfree.tv/ and find your transmitter (mine is Winter Hill) on that site it shows the Channel (C32) and Hertz (562.0MHz) in green. 31-01-2024 11:00 PM. In response to insolution. Over the past 2 months, weekly, deleted Samsung TV plus channels, show up again. This week the S+ TV app disappeared. The cold boot, worked that is unplug TV for about a minute. But I had to then delete unwanted channels again. OTA channels over the air are not affected.
