The Samsung TV Plus app is back online. Please do a cold reboot by unplugging the television for sixty seconds. This should resolve the issue. If you still face issues please perform a smart hub reset. Go to all settings then support in the menu. Select Device Care and then self-diagnostics.

Press "OK" on "Network". 5. Select "Reset Network". 6. Select "YES" to "Reset Network Settings". Once this has completed your Samsung Television will let you know that the "Network Settings" have Reset successfully. Go into Samsung TV Plus via the home menu or the button. Then press ch list button. At the top of the column to the left of the TV Plus channels, select Terrestrial. You should get an option to choose Freesat. if you’re already in terrestrial mode and not TV Plus, it’ll complain about not being able to change due to time shift.
