Hello @John Wendt Thank you for the response and the additional details. I have taken the liberty of reviewing the online biller profile and I see that the biller for Spire is listed as "unverified" meaning there is either an issue with the login or two-factor authentication, meaning the code or question when adding the biller.
The Win 10 Desktop version has no issues connecting and downloading transactions from the credit union only when I try and sync to cloud to use the Quicken Mobile app. The Win 10 Quicken version is up to date will all updates applied.

We have confirmed an issue with users trying to connect with Pentagon Federal Credit Union receiving CC-502 in Quicken Classic for Windows and FDP-102 in Quicken Classic for Mac. This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
Has anybody else been experiencing CC-502 errors when updating UW Credit Union accounts? These issues started happening on August 8. Working with Quicken support, they believe the problem is on the UW Credit Union end. I called UWCU today and they opened a ticket. They said another user called in today as well.

A few years back when I first connected Quicken to VyStar Credit Union it all worked like a dream. I have 6 accounts with VyStar and all was connecting and downloading fine. Then I started having issues with connections and downloading transactions.
Empeople Credit Union updated their systems recently (part of their name change from Deere Employees Credit Union), and ever since, I've been unable to download transactions. I can download a qfx file from the Empeople site and update that way, but when I try to setup one step update again (which was working before the update) it takes my ...
