Cost-effective: You do not need to pay for additional testing fees to determine whether you passed or failed the exam.
Pearson Vue DOES say that the Quick Results option is available 48 hours after completion of the test, so that is where it comes from. That is why we DO say "after completion of your exam"; it is not wrong. Someone who takes six hours to test can well expect their results to come later than someone who takes thirty minutes.

I took my NCLEX at 0800 this morning and FL BoN hasn't posted anything yet. FL has been known to post after 24 hours of testing. The first time I took it, I took the exam at 1100 and I saw the FAIL status around 0630 the next morning on the FL BoN website. I don't think that the quick results come sooner than 48 hours. It will be close.

NCLEX Results on Hold. I took my NCLEX this morning, and naturally I tried to PVT after I left the testing center. I received a message stating that my results were on hold, and this prompted me to do a little bit of digging. I had to take all 145 questions. I completed the exam in around 90 minutes.

Sep 23, 2016. Hi guys! I'm not sure exactly how it works, but when I took my NCLEX a couple months ago, my results popped up 24 hours later on the continental testing site for me! I also paid PearsonVue to get the unofficial results, just to be sure, and it was the same as continental. Best of luck to you both!
2. CDC94. 3 Posts. Jun 30, 2019. Hey all! I took the NCLEX yesterday on Saturday and finished at 5:45 pm. I got all 265 questions and it took me right at 3 hrs and 45 minutes to finish. I have yet to receive a email saying I completed the exam and my results say they are on hold! Help please!
