Wilton (CT), US, October 20, 2023 – Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC) announced today the construction of a soybean processing plant in Upper Sandusky (OH), US, with integrated crushing, vegetable oil refining and lecithin production and packaging capabilities.

Once again, it’s a $10 dollar donation per carload and it’s in Harrison Smith Park in Upper Sandusky. It also includes holiday music.
The new $541 million facility requires significant on-site rail. As a result of the project, LDC will commit to hiring 114 net new jobs and creating 500 new railcars of traffic annually at the Upper Sandusky area location.
