My Samsung 6300 smart tv used to be able to wirelessly extend my laptop, all until 2 months ago after most recent win 10 update. My computer now only detects it as other devices, and will not detect my tv as an extra screen to mirror or extend the laptop wirelessly.
I am having issues with getting my laptop to connect to my smart tv via a wifi network, it see's it on the network, downloaded device driver software etc, tried in the taskbar options in bottom right & it won't connect to it, it shows up under projector in my devices but can't access any options for it other than remove it.

I have tried to do that. but it doesn't seem to work. I can have tried mirror screening and the surface pro screen is displayed on the TV but there is not any movement and nothing happens on the TV screen when I move the mouse over the screen. Maybe it is to do with the settings on my computer. Cheers
