Microsoft Outlook Account Settings screen. Confirm that the account type is POP and then click More Settings. Change Account screen in Microsoft Outlook.

I have been unable to access my email after a forced password reset as well. I have been out for five days. I've called comcast twice and was told that it is a system issue and they are trying to fix it. When I change my cell phone to the cellular network, instead of the home network, I can send email again via comcast. When I hotspot my phone to my laptop, I can send email again as well. There are no firewalls on the network blocking anything from working. My email addresses are legacy, as we moved to a location that comcast does not service.
