If not then try Uninstall, restart PC using keyboard to Ctrl Alt Del, on blue screen tab to Power Icon in bottom right, press Enter, arrow down to Restart, press Enter to restart to reinstall the driver. Problem was Logitech's Set-Point Mouse software. Looks Like it does not work with Windows 10 although I had the latest update. I uninstalled from Control Panel then Restarted. Voila! All ok now. I think it is option 7 on Startup Settings. Unfortunately, I don't have a Logictech Mouse and Keyboard to reproduce your problem. I have a Dell set of Mouse and Keyboard wireless which I never use. I just I just tried them now with this Build 25295, and they work fine without any issue. 🤷♂️. BO.
