    The way steam’s support works is you send them the broken controller the sent you an intact controller. So when it asked me for the controller’s serial number I COULDN'T TYPE IT IN BECAUSE I DONT HAVE THE CONTROLLER THEY DO. After that experience I decided to sell the index cause I’m not dealing with crappy support like this.
