I have an issue with one of our O365 user accounts, that they are unable to sign into Outlook on any platform (macOS/Windows desktop client and web client in any browser on any computer) The desktop clients just keep coming back to ask for the password again and browsers get stuck in a redirect loop until there have been too many redirects.

Deleting browser history, restart, logoff login from microsoft home page doesn't work. There's nothing to update and nothing has been updated today. Retrieving the account, changing passwords 2 times doesn't work. It seems as if it doesn't even try to connect or something. There must be something wrong with the account or outlook itself.
