I bought SAMSUNG 870 EVO Series 2.5" 1TB SATA III V-NAND on 2022, it can't boot anymore, chat with Newegg they said call Samsung, try to call Samsung 6 time in 3 days at the end they said Samsung policy is who sale the SSD who must give the service to replace or to repair, Samsung send me that policy paper and told me send that policy to Newegg and request the replacement.
Open box motherboards purchased from Newegg seemed to always be missing the IO shields, user manuals, cables, software disks, etc. An open box external disk drive enclosure might be missing a proprietary modular power supply. I've had far better luck buying "open box" items from Amazon Warehouse. I can always return the item if I'm not ...
Amazon or Newegg when making a purchase. i've never used either service before and there is only a $2 difference in price between the two (newegg being $2 higher on grand total). And was just wondering if one was better than the other or not/ if anyone has had problems with either service. Returns is a nightmare with Newegg.
Newegg used to be great, but these days I put them at the bottom of the list right above third-party sellers on sites like Amazon/Walmart/ect. If the same part is available anywhere else within $5-10, I pay the extra for more reliable shipping time and ease of return.
Newegg's direct pricing is $440 for the K and $420 for the KF. Keep in mind the Intel chips come with 2 games (Gotham Knights & Arcageddon). If you're building a gaming PC and you plan to buy DDR5, the heavy discount on the 7700X makes up the mobo cost and they break even.
GPU Trade in seems to be a scam. Bought a 4080 super to upgrade my FTW 3 3080ti. Newegg was offering above market value so I decided to due the trade in. Newegg had the GPU for two weeks just to say it passed every test except the fans didn't kick on when doing the benchmark testing. My only assumption is that in there testing they didn't set a ...
I saw that Newegg offers a refurbished laptop for under $300, but I'm hesitant to buy it as I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews about their products especially with scams and third party sellers. The item I want to buy says it is sold and shipped by Newegg and I saw a lot of comments in other threads saying it is safe as long as the item says that ...
No shipping is standard shipping unless you order from a third party seller on NewEgg but as far as Newegg themselves shipping trouble free usually. The thing I don't like is the fact that they're keeping the Newegg shuffle going and keeping low inventory on graphics cards when you can go to eBay 24/7 and find the same cards available for the ...
Planning in getting a 3070ti hopefully the Vision OC to get the nice white look. Waiting for 4060s to come out so price drops. I think I just bought the same card, $549 for the Gigabyte Certified Refurbished card sold & shipped by Newegg. If so, looks like we’re both wondering the same thing!
Yes, NewEgg is a legitimate retailer. However, they are like most other popular retailers and 3rd parties are allowed to sell on their site. This laptop is shipped and sold by NewEgg though, so that’s not a worry. If you’re concerned if it’s a good deal, you will need to research the exact laptop’s price history.
