  3. Pros and Cons of living in Sun City Georgetown - Austin - Texas...

Living near a quarry means having to put up with constant 18-wheelers with no load covers, kicking up dust that WILL end up in your home no matter the quality of your windows. They are loud, dirty, and hog the roads. And they run all. day. long. But it was my fault for not knowing what was near my neighborhood when I bought my previous home.

Living in NH (generally higher property taxes) and working in ME (you'll pay income tax on that money you make in ME) is the worst combination you can have, in my situation. Your mileage may vary. The money you save on property taxes in ME does not come close to offsetting the income tax you'll have to pay because you live in ME.

Note that at the time American Living was sold, the Chaps menswear line was licensed out to Warnaco. Warnaco has since been acquired by PVH in 2013 (parent company of IZOD along with Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Van Heusen, and Arrow) and after the acquisition Ralph Lauren brought the Chaps menswear production in-house, probably to satisfy federal regulators due to competition with the IZOD ...

  10. Any American Military Living or Moving to Naples, Italy?...

Live out in the economy, don't listen to the Americans living on base because they are all miserable and want to leave Italy even though they haven't seen a lick of it. If you want to be near Americans there are nice areas far away from base that has a small community of Americans, but will still give you the Italian experience.
