I probably bought over 75 thing from amazon warehouse. Video game are 90% of time in mint condition even sometime still sealed. bought a DS5 and switch pro controller, both were slightly used but great condition.

I order Warehouse Deals as often as possible. I've had two bad experiences out of dozens. One was an air conditioner listed as Like New and sure enough everything looked in good shape but the compressor or motor was busted because it only blew hot air even after 48 hours.
Most of the warehouse deals I got were fine. The panni press I got had a broken handle, but that was an easy fix. But for computers, I go with Newegg. You can get really good deals on desktops and laptops. Most of their used ones had came from companies that were upgrading their hardware.
But yeah usually Amazon will give you back whatever you spent, especially with warehouse deals. Funny thing though, we can see previous warehouse deals gradings and I've seen things returned two or three times for the exact same reason and Amazon just keeps sending it back out.
Not a cellphone obviously, but I ordered some scratch and dent Sony bookshelf speakers, regular price $150, for $40 shipped from Amazon warehouse. The description said the shipping box was punctured. When I got them, the external box had a dent in it, but inside there were Styrofoam corners containing ANOTHER box, which was pristine.

I always imagine the items returned by customers are given a quick glance to determine its condition, rewrapped and sprayed with Febreze if necessary, then tossed into the Warehouse Deals bin.

I frequently buy through Amazon Warehouse and have had nothing but good experiences. I stick to a couple rules: Always buy from 'Amazon Warehouse' - same 30 day return applies Buy 'Like New' or especially.... "'Very Good' - Item will come repackaged" (the best deal if you dont care about boxing.) I have never gotten anything damaged.
Does anyone have experience with buying phones through warehouse deals? I've used them for other things with great success, but I'm hesitant with a cell phone. I'm looking at the s22+ which has significant savings for "minor box damage". My issue is that I don't want a renewed phone.
