Summer Jam West is a free arts and music festival held annually in Westgate Park on the second Saturday in July. There are live bands, local art for sale, hand crafted items for sale, free face painting for the kids and a free art zone. Summer Jam is open to all. The focus is on bringing art and music to the Hilltop.
