Kevin Hugh Lowe (born April 15, 1959) is a Canadian professional ice hockey executive, former coach and former player. Lowe was the vice-chairman of Oilers Entertainment Group until his retirement on August 2, 2022 (behind only Glen Sather in terms of Cup wins as Oilers' GM), having formerly served as head coach and then general manager of the Edmonton Oilers.
Career. Born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Wing began skating at the age of five and took up ice dancing at age 14. She joined forces with Aaron Lowe in 1986. The duo captured six bronze medals and four silver medals at the Canadian National Championships and competed in the 2006 Winter Olympics, where they finished 11th overall.
