If you’re billed directly by Hulu, changes to your subscription can be made by following these steps: Log in to your Account page on a mobile or web browser. Navigate to the Your Subscription section. Select MANAGE PLAN — your current plan will be highlighted in green.
Log in to Hulu with your MyDisney account. If you don't have one, you will be prompted to create one.
To cancel, head to your Account page on a computer or mobile browser. Select Cancel under Your Subscription and follow the on-screen instructions. You can also give us a call. Once you're done, you'll receive a confirmation email from us.
If you have a supported Roku device, you can choose to pay for Hulu through your Roku account. You can also sign up for Hulu, update payment information, manage your plan, or cancel your Roku-billed subscription.
