    Pleas explain. With household you both retain your individual separate accounts. They are just linked to share prime benefits. One of you will be paying for prime and the other would be under them to share them. You can not see each other’s order history. It’s still your own accounts.

    Why does Amazon keep charging me for Prime even though I’ve cancelled? This has happened twice now in the last two days. First, they charged me for one month, I cancelled. The next day, they charged me for a year! It did this automatically without my permission. Now there is $15 extra dollars that they haven’t refunded? Wtf?

    Prime is no longer worth the fee. I just canceled, and suggest that anyone else would as well. Im my experience, if I objectively look at the value of what I get its just not worth it. half the electronics I've received have been fakes. I had to return a heater to amazon because it was dangerous. Prime video has become stale.

    Amazon has purposefully complicated Prime Video, which used to mean all stuff you could watch free with your Prime subscription, but now is mixed in with things you have to pay separately for AND things which you have to pay for additional subscriptions to see.

    I like Amazon a lot. I'm in a wheelchair and Amazon provides me independence from having to ask family for help. I get deliveries within a couple days most times, and a week at most. And Prime is fantastic. Lots of great movies and shows to watch.

    I’m finally going to say it…. Walmart > Amazon I’ve had prime since launch, so it took over a decade of customer experience to get me to this point. As anyone can tell you, Prime 2 day shipping has slowly become Prime 7-14 day shipping. It was the reason I originally became a Prime member and the primary benefit I made use of.
