Click Manage Accounts at the top of the Q-global Home page. Click the plus sign next to the parent account name to expand the users and sub accounts below it. Click the name of the sub account (the green letters) that you would like to edit. Click the Edit button on the Details tab to edit the sub account information.

The account owner makes this decision based on how they will need their information split up, such as for privacy or organizational reasons.
Shared logins on Q-global give individuals access to all records created with the login - records which users may not have a legitimate reason to access. Consent is required for each act of access by each user that does not have a legitimate interest in all of the records stored under that login.
