If I go to the site and click "sign in," it goes to an AT&T url with a DirecTV logo. If enter my login name and password I get a screen that says, This site can’t be reached. I got the care code 902 there first. Researching the issue revealed mention of a wifi issue, so all I did was turn off wifi on my phone to switch over to cellular data. Logging into the DirecTV app again proved successful, and then I turned wifi back on and it continued to work closing and reopening the DirecTV app.
