AFAIK 1337x.to is a legitimate site, and it's the site I've personally used after kickass torrent was shut down. EDIT: didn't realize op was actually talking about 1377x.to, yeah avoid that site. If you read the megathread on r/piratedgames, 1337x.to is one of the list that is safe.
