Hi. After my Windows 10 Upgrade, I decided to install the "Intel® Iris™, Iris™ Pro, and HD Graphics Production Driver for Windows* 10 64-bit". I think reset is the best option. I've contacted Intel and Microsoft customer care too they tried their level best but nothing has done, after reinstalling the window 10 1809 the problem has solved for me. why I'm telling to reset is because of some files won't be deleted after we upgrading our system to the newer version so the old files blocks some of the softwares and driver's.
