log into their account on pc, open the xbox app, sign them out of the xbox app and sign in with your account, download a game, if already installed on the other account it will be instant, sign out of the xbox app and back in with their account, play the game, have done this myself for my kids and my alt account on the same pc without issue (so far).
Xbox game pass (always been slow on console too) for windows is disgustingly slow. I am currently peaking at 25MB/s and I do not understand why. I've messed around with the Delivery Optimization's and while the info isn't as clear I've tried every option on there and I do not see any difference in when i reopen and start redownloading a game.
Except my Game Pass was cancelled years ago and I've only just realised that I'm still getting charged for it. Microsoft contact is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to. I've tried every conceivable avenue to call someone and can't get a callback, a contact number or anything.
