@Stug300363 it would be helpful to know what Fitbit tracker you have, or do you use the Fitbit app on your phone. This board is for help with apps on the tracker help. Before any steps will be recorded the tracker needs to see 5 consectutive steps, then 5 and additional steps will be added.

If applicable, on your Fitbit device's clock screen, press and hold the button to turn on the notifications in there. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > Fitbit device image > Sync now.
